          I am Palm.  Understand that all is energy.  Understand that energy is restless--that it moves from place to place.  Understand that that movement can be directed--can be channeled.

          I am Palm.  I am the site of healing--of Life--of Love.  I am the place from which your intention--your instinct--to help--to heal moves easily from yourself to another.  I am the energy transfer point.

          I am Palm.  Share your energy--your life--your Love--your healing power.  Use me to spread Life and Love throughout the Earth.  Use me to heal the pain and suffering around you.  The fact that these are illusions does not make them any less real.

          I am Palm.  I am the seat of power.  I am the energy transfer point.  I am your connection to those around you even when you do not comprehend that both of you are One.
