I am Pain.  I come in many forms.  I can afflict body, mind, or Spirit.

         I am Pain.  I am a warning and a lesson.  I warn of imbalance--of dis-ease.  I am a lesson in Love.

         I am Pain.  Heed my warnings.  Seek the source of imbalance.  Learn the lesson that you face.

         I am Pain.  I am a child of Love.  Without me, imbalance and dis-ease would still exist, but you would have no warning.  You would not recognize the lesson.  You would not take corrective action.

         I am Pain.  Embrace me as a gift of Love.  Seek to end me, but thank a Loving Universe for sending me to you.
