I am Root Chakra.  I ground you in your flesh.

          I am Root Chakra.  Without me you could not function in flesh.  Without me you would float away--your Spirit rejecting the bounds of clay.

          I am Root Chakra.  I ground you in your flesh.  I ground you in your body.  I ground you in this life that you have chosen.

          I am Root Chakra.  You may think of me as very base--for that is what I am.  I connect you to the Earth, which is your base in this experiment.  I am not belittled by my baseness.

          I am Root Chakra.  Remember that you have chosen flesh--that was for a reason.  With flesh comes responsibility--to care for flesh--to honor flesh--it is the vessel of your learning.

          I am Root Chakra.  Do not despise me--I am the root--I am the base--I ground you in your flesh.  Without me your Spirit would float away without the growth it sought.
