I am Capuchin. Ego grounds us in ourselves. It motivates our
bodies. It makes us distinct from all the rest. It creates
unique experience.
I am Capuchin. Spirit bonded with flesh in order to experience--to
learn--to grow. Ego is a necessary part. It gives flesh the
knowledge of its right to live--to be.
I am Capuchin. Ego in itself is neither good nor evil. Nothing
is anything 'til thinking makes it so.
