I am Stillness.  I am the quiet place.  I am your retreat from the cares and worries of the world.

          I am Stillness.  I dwell within you.  I am what you seek consciously in meditation.  I am what you seek instinctively in times of trial.

          I am Stillness.  I am the place where Love dwells.  I am the place where peaceful silence reigns.  I am the place where cares drown in a still pond.

          I am Stillness.  I am refreshment and rejuvenation.  I am release from the stress of Life.  I am calmness of mind beyond all understanding.

          I am Stillness.  Look inside to find me.  Though I can dwell for a time in the world of flesh, I am really part of Spirit.  When you find me in the world, you actually see a glimpse of Spirit.

          I am Stillness.  I am a pathway to the Divine.
