I am Nightmare.  I am the distilled essence of your fear soaking through your mind-- gumming up your Spirit.

          I am Nightmare.  Like other things born of fear, I delight in scaring you--in making you see the darkness devoid of any Light--in making you see only more fear unrelieved by Love.

          I am Nightmare.  In talking of myself, I lose the power of fear.  In the light of day, you see me as something I am not.

          I am Nightmare.  I am the distilled essence of your fear soaking up the Light--drowning all the Love.

          I am Nightmare.  Believe in me and I will rule you.  I will bring your greatest fear.  I will close the door to Spirit.  I will cut your connection to Love.

          I am Nightmare.  I am fear ruling the night.  I can reduce your world to the darkness.  I can become fear ruling all.

          I am not "just" a Nightmare.  I am a first step into the night of fear.
