INVOCATIONS OF
LOVE AND LIGHT

Every religion and spiritual tradition uses rituals to bring its followers closer to each other and to the Divine. Many believe that ritual is something that was created long ago and cannot be changed. This is not true. Ritual is the way in which we relate to the Divine and is created anew each time we invoke it. New rituals can be--and must be--created to deal with the problems faced by each generation.

The Morning and Evening Invocations presented here are new rituals, developed for the new millenium. They are not dogma. They are not for everyone. But if they speak to you, please join in speaking these invocations on a daily basis. There can never be too many people inviting Love, Peace, and Harmony to enter the Planet Earth.

If the idea of an invocation appeals to you, but not the words below, make up your own ritual. All rituals were made up at some time by someone--why not you?--why not now?

Some of you may at first be offended by the opening words of each section of these invocations. Please consider that these words are not necessarily a statement of present fact, but are instead a message to your subconscious of that to which you aspire. The more you say these words--or others equally powerful--the closer you will come to living them.

These invocations call on the Angels of the Earthly Mother and of the Heavenly Father as described in Edmond Bordeaux Szekely's work, "The Essene Gospel of Peace, Books 1-4," and especially Book 3. I do not vouch for the historical or theological accuracy of these books. However, for me, the spiritual insights set forth in them do not need additional justification--they stand in their own right.

A MORNING INVOCATION

I put my intention into the energy field surrounding the Planet Earth. Let she who has ears, hear.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I forgot this truth when I incarnated. I pushed the Love that Dwells Within Me behind a closed and locked door, and lived in fear. But I now reject fear and reclaim my truth.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. As a first step in reclaiming my truth, I bring Love to myself. I unlock and open the door and invite Love to come forth and truly dwell within me by filling my body, mind, and spirit with Love.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. As a second step in reclaiming my truth, I bring Love to those other pieces of the All with whom I have directly interacted throughout the ages. I voluntarily choose to end the rule of karma by wiping clean that part of the Akashic Record of any other piece of the All which records a karmic debt owed to me from this or any other lifetime.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. As a third step in reclaiming my truth, I bring Love to Creation in general. Whatever I might have chosen as my purpose in this lifetime before I incarnated, I now freely choose to assist in bringing Love, Peace, and Harmony to the planet Earth and to all of the life which she has created and sustains.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. In order to help me achieve this purpose, I call upon the Angels of the Earthly Mother to set themselves as the points of a sphere of Love and Light around the planet Earth and all of the life which she has created and sustains.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I call on the Angel of Earth, who grounds us in the physical.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I call on the Angel of Air, who inspires us to seek our Truth.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I call on the Angel of Sun, who reminds us that we are Spirit burning bright.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I call on the Angel of Water, who brings Life to the physical plane.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I ask that the circle formed around the planet Earth by the Angels of Earth, Air, Sun, and Water be complete and unbroken.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I call on the Angel of Joy, who takes away fear and brings us to the All.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I call on the Angel of Life, who offers us the opportunity to experience who we are.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I ask that the circle formed around the planet Earth by the Angels of Earth, Air, Sun, and Water expand into a sphere of sparkling light through the Angels of Joy and Life.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I ask that the same sphere form around any life created on or sustained by the planet Earth which may at this time be off-planet.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I ask that Love that is All There Is fill the spheres to overflowing, and that the spheres radiate that Love to every part of the planet Earth and to all of the life which she has created and sustains.

I put my intention into the energy field surrounding the Planet Earth. Let he who has ears, hear.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. In order to help me achieve this purpose, I call upon the Angels of the Heavenly Father to set themselves as the points of a sphere of Love and Light around the planet Earth and all of the life which she has created and sustains.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I call on the Angel of Wisdom, who guides us to the Law of Love.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I call on the Angel of Power, who instructs us in the use of the creative force of Love.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I call on the Angel of Peace, who leads us down Loving paths of Harmony among all Life.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I call on the Angel of Work, who invites us to participate in the act of Creation.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I ask that the circle formed around the planet Earth by the Angels of Wisdom, Power, Peace, and Work be complete and unbroken.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I call on the Angel of Love, who teaches us that All There Is is Love.

I am a piece of the All. I am Love. I call on the Angel of Eternal Life, who helps us see through the illusion of flesh to the reality of Spirit.
