I am Sole.  I am your physical connection to your Mother Earth.

          I am Sole.  I am your spiritual connection to the power and strength that lies just beneath your feet.

          I am Sole.  I am the point of grounding.  I am the transfer point between your body and the physical world you have created.

          I am Sole.  Through me, negative energy flows from your body.  It moves to your Mother Earth who transforms it from negative to positive--who uses it as energy without consideration of its baggage.

          I am Sole.  Through me, positive energy flows from your Mother Earth to you.  She energizes and connects--she keeps your feet firmly grounded in the physical so that your Spirit may soar above.

          I am Sole.  I am the point of grounding.  I am the energy transfer point.  Let the negative flow out through me.  Let the positive stream in through me.  Use me to balance your energy--to reconnect with the Source--to understand your place.
