I am Slug.  Squishy, ugly, yukky Slug.

          I am Slug.  My body is a sense receptor.  Nothing stands between me and Mother Earth.  Every movement I make is communion.

          I am Slug.  Don't pity me.  I live inside the energy of all of Life.  I feel it all--I sense it all.  To me life is one big sensation.

          I am Slug.  Moving on a path of light, I taste the Earth with all my might.  I savor each moment, each movement.  I commune with all of Life.

          I am Slug.  I pity you.  You have cut yourself off from Life, from feeling.  You no longer feel the sun, the earth.  The air seems non-existent.

          I am Slug.  Energy is all around you.  Open yourself and rediscover it.  Use your body for more than locomotion.  Give yourself permission to FEEL.
