I am Prairie Dog.  One of the hated ones.  My home is not compatible with cattle.

          But I am Prairie Dog.  I sing a song of community.

          I am Prairie Dog.  My family is large.  I do not know each member.  But each one I meet, I greet and learn his scent.

          I am Prairie Dog.  Living in crowded quarters provides both security and tension.  For the sake of security, I will work to relieve the tension.

          I am Prairie Dog.  Come live with me and learn to acknowledge the dignity of each individual.  To recognize the spark of Spirit in each person.  To accept and love without judgment.
