I am Lust.  I am obsession.

          I am Lust.  I come in many shades and variations.  I can be a mild desire or I can tear your insides out.

          I am Lust.  Most often you associate me with sex, but that is not my sole domain.  I am flesh wanting fleshly things.  I am flesh overriding Spirit.

          I am Lust.  I may start out small and grow to huge dimensions.  Or I may spring full blown into your consciousness.  In either case, I am the end of reason.

          I am Lust.  Your body has a yearning.  Your mind finds something that it craves.  Your Spirit watches from the distance to which your flesh has pushed it.

          I am Lust.  Flesh seeking flesh is not necessarily bad.  Flesh seeking flesh without regard to Spirit is a little death of Spirit.

          I am Lust.  Look clearly at me.  Look clearly at the object of your lust.  What does that object tell you of yourself?

          I am Lust.  I am flesh seeking flesh obsessively.  I am flesh rejecting the Truth of Spirit for the temporary comfort of other flesh.  I am flesh failing to see Truth through illusion.

          I am Lust.  I can be the center of your universe and lead you away from Spirit.  Or I can become the source of inner knowledge leading back to Truth--back to the All.
