I am Alfalfa.  I nourish those who nourish you.

         I am Alfalfa.  I am the richness of Life--the fullness of Life.  I am abundance of Life.

         I am Alfalfa.  My strength is in giving.  I draw Life directly from Mother Earth and Father Sky--from Grandmother Sun.  I give that Life to Life.  My flesh is Life embodied.

         I am Alfalfa.  In giving Life, I receive Life.  Through the giving of my flesh, I partake in the great experiment.  This life is my Choice--I choose to participate in this way.

         I am Alfalfa.  My gift to flesh is Life.  My life may be short, but that only speeds my return.
